Holistic solution to improve animal food production through deconstructing the biomolecular interactions between feed, gut microorganisms and animals in relation to performance parameters

Deliverables

HoloFood Workbook

Compilation of laboratory and bioinformatics procedures implemented optimised and developed in HoloFood

Social impact report

Our Innovation Manager at partner CH will follow up on the original stakeholder survey D22 and include all relevant results from HoloFood as to devise a social impact report that presents an assessment of how HoloFood results will impact social parameters such food producers and consumers alike It will also include an assessment of how other food systems are likely to benefit for the HoloFood results from chicken and salmon

Conference abstract book

All abstracts from our conference will be assembled and printed in a single book that will be made freely available to the public through the project website

Training material available at TeSS-ELIXIR

Online training material to be employed in the training courses organised by HoloFood

HoloFood database

Partner EMBL will generate, maintain and run an overall database and interface where all the generated data will be stored for future use by both project partners and other stakeholders. The data base will be designed in a userfriendly fashion as to facilitate presentation of how all the different data sets from WPs-4:6 are interconnected.

Cloud data processing implementation

Partner EMBL will finish creation of a cloud based solution for all partners to process and store the generated data sets.

www.holofood.eu website

An inspiring and userfriendly website will be launched following the standard procedure for EU projects including information about the concsortium partners, aims, objectives, running news, results, and publications among other contents.
