Gender-related management of agriculture and life sciences
Gender-sensitive institutional strategies and research actions will be designed to generate enhanced, relevant and fully inclusive innovation processes. The EU-funded Gender-SMART project aims to attain gender equality in research performing and research funding organisations operating in the field of agricultural and life sciences research. The implemented iterative process towards change will be based on four main pillars, designed mainly to induce visible and measurable changes, based on a common understanding of the project's impact pathway and by using inclusive and participatory approaches. Project results will be shared with a broad range of stakeholders.
