This deliverable will include both: firstly, an analysis of the State-of-the-Art on predictive models, risk stratification models and/or clinical decision rules for identifying patients who are at risk of any of these situations: mortality, EoL and need of PC, and secondly, a list of relevant variables to be used during the development of the predictive tools.
