We will report the technical problems associated and using the new sensors in a real AFM scanning to get data on real samples

We will report on the acquisition storage and processing of 4D data sets for quantitative AFM We will address the subject of data storage and archiving so that the data can easily be retrieved by others wishing to perform analysis

Report on ImAFM with existing qPlus sensor (si apre in una nuova finestra)

We will report on the implementation of multifrequency intermodulation AFM with the existing qPlus sensor. The pros and cons with respect to current state of the art will be eulicidated.

Report on microwave refelctometry (si apre in una nuova finestra)

We will report on the development of a microwave test rig at KTH which will be used for testing prototype QAFM sensors and we will discuss design issues so that it is compatible with the Low Temperature AFM at Uni Basel

We will present a plan for managing data in the Q-AFM project. This report will place emphasis the large data sets that we collect with multifrequency AFM which may be useful to other investigators.
