Unterstützung für KMU in Montenegro
Das Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) ist ein wichtiges Förderinstrument, das zur kontinuierlichen Innovation von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) beiträgt. Das EEN wird Informationen, Unterstützungs- und Beratungsdienstleistungen für Unternehmen anbieten, welche die Entwicklung von grenzübergreifenden Innovationsprojekten anvisieren. Das EU-finanzierte Projekt MontEENegro wird Innovationsunterstützung für erfolgreiche Bewerber des KMU-Instruments anbieten, die von dem spezifischen Fördermechanismus in Montenegro im Rahmen von Horizont 2020 profitieren. Konkret wird diese Unterstützung durch das Projekt in Form von Key-Account-Management und verschiedenen Dienstleistungen erfolgen. Das Key-Account-Management dient dabei der Förderung der Innovationskapazität der ausgewählten KMU, während die Dienstleistungen dazu dienen, die Innovationsmanagementkapazität von vielversprechenden KMU zu verbessern, sodass diese ihre Effektivität und Effizienz steigern können.
Ziel
Enterprise Europe Network is a main support instrument for innovation in SMEs. It will provide innovation support services as well as information and advisory services such as mentoring, coaching and partner search activities for SMEs wishing to develop cross-border innovation projects.
Innovation support, as a service that EEN Montenegro will deliver, will be offered through two packages - Key Account Management (KAM) to support the innovation capacity of successful “SME instrument” applicants benefiting from Horizon 2020 specific supporting mechanism, and Services to enhance the innovation management capacity of SMEs in Montenegro in order to improve their effectiveness and efficiency, in particular aimed at those with significant innovation activities and a
real potential for international growth.
