Findings from systematic review of public perceptions and responses

This report will present the findings from the review of academic literature relating to public perceptions of, and responses to, mitigation and management strategies for CBRNe terrorism.

Legal and acceptability recommendations for PROACTIVE toolkit

This operationalization of the findings of D8.1 will constitute specific concrete recommendations for the PROACTIVE toolkit. This deliverable establishes the standards to follow in order to enhance users’ acceptability of the toolkit, including vital aspects such as awareness, knowledge and consent.

Findings from systematic review of current policy for mitigation and management of CBRNe terrorism

This report will present the findings from the review of current tools, SOP’s, guidance and policy documents, in order to identify current policy for mitigation of CBRNe terrorism, across different countries and organisations.

Final Report on common approaches of CBRNe Practitioners

Based on the second opening of the questionnaire and additional interviews this new deliverable will be a further update of D23 which will expand the comparative study to include new countries

Legal and ethical state-of-the-art on CBRNe preparedness and response

This Deliverable provides a mapping of legal requirements and ethical standards at the EU level. It will offer a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the legal framework as well as ethical principles that will guide the project development. The ethics requirements regarding humans (requirement 1) and the protection of personal data (requirements 6–7) are transferred to WP10 and covered in deliverables D10.1, D10.6 and D10.7, as per post-grant requirements.

Materials and briefing for PROACTIVE exercises

The Deliverable will be issued as a Guideline for use by Practitioners carrying out joint exercises.

The PROACTIVE Methodology for the Field Exercises

Exercise Methodology comprising the Exercise Action Plan encapsulating the Main Events List, Technology Availability List, Scenarios, Logistics, Communications, Risks and Exercise Readiness Reviews (Status Reviews). The initial methodology described in D6.1 will be updated in D6.3, D.6.4, D6.5.

Creation of a project leaflet using the project graphic identity to be used for initial promotion.

Report on the High-level Architecture design including an interface control document

Report to incorporate the end user requirements as system requirements, specifically detailing the functionality, security, interoperability and graphic user interface.

Scenario development and specifications of the evaluation methodology

This deliverable will generate scenarios for use within the exercises carried out as part of Tasks 6.3, 6.4, and 6.5. It will also identify the most appropriate evaluation methodologies for use within these exercises, to ensure that the exercises are effective in evaluating and validating the tools developed. It will be updated in D6.6.

Guidelines and recommendations for mitigation and management of CBRNe terrorism

This report will provide guidelines and recommendations for the mitigation and management of CBRNe terrorism, considering current policy and Human Factor insights alongside the current state of the art.
