Allanar el camino para el uso de sensores curvados
Dado que la digitalización influye en la mayoría de mercados, se incrementa vertiginosamente la necesidad de obtener sensores más fiables. Los sensores curvados y otros reproductores de imágenes pueden ser útiles en múltiples ámbitos, tanto industriales como científicos. Lamentablemente, los modelos actuales no son rentables y resulta difícil fabricarlos en serie. El proyecto CURVE-X, financiado con fondos europeos, tiene como objetivo allanar el camino para que los sensores curvados que se utilizan habitualmente se puedan fabricar en serie. Eso se conseguirá desarrollando su prototipo para obtener una mejor repetición y una industrialización más sencilla. El proyecto también tiene como objetivo validar su uso como instrumentos científicos y en el sector de la astronomía para aficionados y profesionales.
Objetivo
Pillar II of the ERC-STG-ICARUS aimed at paving the way to a common use of curved sensors for cost-effective imaging systems, through prototyping and recommendation for mass production. The next steps towards commercialisation and industrialisation are proposed in this PoC project to: improve the repeatability, prepare the industrialisation, realise market studies and outline a business plan. We create the start-up CURVE-ONE for the valorisation towards scientific instrumentation and amateur astronomy. The project has the positive support of potentiel clients and will be done with the help of CNRS-Innovation as a third party and the OPTITEC photonics competitiveness cluster to enhance the impact on industry.
