Event reports EP 1-2

This set of two event reports on the EP events will show all necessary information of the activities in the European Parliament and shall thereby explain the rollout and impact of the two EP events in months 8 and 35 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Consolidated Report on the reception of 10 narratives by policy makers

This report will consolidate the reception of the 10 narratives by policy makers It will thereby give specific feedback stemming from the parliamentary events which are testing the narratives in the political arena

Summary report input focus group

This summary report on the input of the focus group will sum up the findings of the focus group and serve as input to the next project phase They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Compilation of final case studies 1-10

This set of documents will compile the 10 final case studies They are all due together in month 24

Survey Report

This report will contain in detail the outcome of the survey of EEW4.

EEW Narratives Brochure

The EEW narratives brochure will be a short easytoread and to the point document It serves as easytodistribute document

This set of reports will compile the reports on the eceee industrial efficiency events as planned for months 37 and 42 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

3 Event reports EEW conferences VIII, IX, X

This set of documents compiles the report on the 3 EEW conferences VIII IX and X as organised by ESV during the WSED They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Tools for monitoring communication and dissemination activities

The tools for monitoring communication and dissemination activities will enable the project to control the actual roll-out of the project. They serve to compile the activities as implemented and to measure impact.

This set of reports will compile all reports on the 9 national parliamentary workshops as organised by EEW4 They are foreseen for months 6 9 12 16 20 24 28 32 36 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Final Publishable Report

The final publishable report will be based on the feedback loop report and add to the latter specific project related information like the approach of the project key findings what partners learned in the process etc It shall give a comprehensive insight into the whole endeavour

Documentation of methodology

This document will explain the methodology of the project. It will explain the scientific background of the narratives research and related projects, and it will explain the method how to develop and test narratives in the field.

Feedback Loop Report

The feedback loop report is the core and comprehensive document of the project and will compile all findings and outputs of the project

This report will lay out more in detail the analysis of the results of the inputs

This set of reports will compile the reports on the 3 Fedarene General Assembly sessions of EEW4 They are planned for months 6 18 30 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

10 Final Case Studies - individual attractive e-documents

The 10 final case studies will also be published on the project website as individual and attractive edocuments They are all due together in month 24

This set of 3 event reports will gather the reports on the 3 EUFORES InterParliamentary Meetings which will be held in national parliaments and contain a dedicated EEW4 session each Reports are prepared after the IPMs in month 7 19 and 31 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Event reports EEW4 National multi-level governance roundtable 1 - 8

This set of reports compiles the reports on the national multilevel governance rountables as planned for months 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

This deliverable will sum up the narrative testing activities with the focus group It will be published on the project website soon after the event

Project website
