Event reports EP 1-2

This set of two event reports on the EP events will show all necessary information of the activities in the European Parliament and shall thereby explain the rollout and impact of the two EP events in months 8 and 35 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Consolidated Report on the reception of 10 narratives by policy makers

This report will consolidate the reception of the 10 narratives by policy makers It will thereby give specific feedback stemming from the parliamentary events which are testing the narratives in the political arena

Summary report input focus group

This summary report on the input of the focus group will sum up the findings of the focus group and serve as input to the next project phase They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Compilation of final case studies 1-10

This set of documents will compile the 10 final case studies They are all due together in month 24

The EEW narratives brochure will be a short easytoread and to the point document It serves as easytodistribute document

This set of documents compiles the report on the 3 EEW conferences VIII IX and X as organised by ESV during the WSED They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Tools for monitoring communication and dissemination activities

The tools for monitoring communication and dissemination activities will enable the project to control the actual roll-out of the project. They serve to compile the activities as implemented and to measure impact.

The final publishable report will be based on the feedback loop report and add to the latter specific project related information like the approach of the project key findings what partners learned in the process etc It shall give a comprehensive insight into the whole endeavour

Documentation of methodology

This document will explain the methodology of the project. It will explain the scientific background of the narratives research and related projects, and it will explain the method how to develop and test narratives in the field.

Feedback Loop Report

The feedback loop report is the core and comprehensive document of the project and will compile all findings and outputs of the project

This report will lay out more in detail the analysis of the results of the inputs

This set of 3 event reports will gather the reports on the 3 EUFORES InterParliamentary Meetings which will be held in national parliaments and contain a dedicated EEW4 session each Reports are prepared after the IPMs in month 7 19 and 31 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

This set of reports compiles the reports on the national multilevel governance rountables as planned for months 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 They will be published on the project website soon after the event

Project website

The centre project website will be established early on and shall serve as key interface of the project to the public. It will publish the public project deliverables and give further information on the project.

EEW4 webinars for the Covenant of Mayors 1 - 2

This set of webinars will show the online seminar as planned for months 8 and 15
