Project description
Bug tracking, customer experience feedback in a snap
In this digital age, businesses need to be able to collect visual feedback fast and understand their customers even faster to provide the best products. Usersnap Classic, a visual bug tracking solution, provides web developers, web designers and customer care managers clear and actionable feedback. Now the same Austria-based company is developing the Usersnap Suite, which will allow companies to understand better what enhancements and features will create the best value for their users and enable them to grow the fastest. According to the project by the same name, the Usersnap Suite will make a big contribution to the successful digitisation of products and services.
Objective
In our digital era where most companies will be software dependent at some point, software failure still causes €1.5 trillion of financial loss. We know we have to follow the customer during the development process but half of startups fail because they do not satisfy a customer need . There is a need for a platform that allows easy collecting, logging, tracking and analyzing feedback to inform future product decisions.
Usersnap Classic is a visual bug tracking and feedback solution that involves stakeholders across the entire implementation and end-user chain. It is used by web developers, web designers, and customer care managers worldwide. With all the feedback data collected, we want to now scale up to offer Usersnap Suite that allows our customers to understand better what enhancements and features will create the best value for their users and allow them to grow the fastest.
The next few years promise to be exciting in terms of the way we tackle business tasks as teams and individuals. This makes way for Usersnap and allows us to tackle a SOM of €1.5 billion that consists of debugging and survey software plus the market we create with our Usersnap Suite.
The Usersnap team includes Florian Dorfbauer, the CEO and founder, Haymo Meran, serial founder, and head of product, Josef Trauner, CPO for Usersnap, and Klaus-M. serial founder and our head of growth.
We will help our customers make digital experiences exceptional and we will do this by delivering actionable feedback at every step of their digital lifecycle management.
Usersnap can make a big contribution to the successful digitization of products and services. The EC launched on 19 April 2016 the first industry-related initiative of the Digital Single Market package. The mid-term review of the Digital Single Market strategy will focus on digitizing the European industry-oriented actions, aiming to manage digital transformation of our society and economy.
