Helping Businesses Thrive in Sales with a new fully automatic platform that integrates and coordinates different sales tools

Obiettivo

Thrive for Email GmbH (Austria) was founded in 2016, after Vincent Jong (CEO), an enthusiastic entrepreneur with more than 10 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development roles, realised that he and his sales’ team were constantly wasting too much time preparing administrative work during the sales process, and that there weren’t any solutions in the market capable of fully fulfilling this need. He then, started building a team that would begin developing the first version of the THRIVE solution: a fully automatic and intelligent platform, that is able to gather and process information exchanged during the sales process, into the company’s CRMs, without requiring any human input, as well as to detect and initiate next actions to be performed by the sales representative (rep.). With this game-changing solution we seek to help companies and its sales reps. increase their sales, solving the current problems they face in their day-to-day lives: companies are investing more in sales acceleration technologies to bridge the gap between the sales operations and business goals; and sales reps. are frustrated that deals are ‘slipping through the cracks’ as they can no longer keep track of their leads and spend too much time manually entering data into existing sales software. Having successfully launched the 1st version of the platform and gained acceptance of >365 of Salesforce CRM users, we now look to fully enhance the platforms’ capabilities and benefit a wider user base in need of a sales operations’ tool and/or boosting their sales. We consider our primary market segment to be Software as a Service (SaaS)-based SMEs, which amount 20,000 only in Europe. These can benefit from THRIVE by: Increasing Sales reps. Productivity; Reduced sales cycle’s length; Increased number of opportunities. This innovation project is expected to generate new IP and additional €33 million turnover and to increase our workforce to at least 100 people by 2025.
