How to Implement a Start-Up Competition - Toolkit of Guidelines and Recommendations (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The D7.13 is the direct continuation of D7.4. This deliverable consists of a transfer of capacities from the start-up smart city challenge deployed in LHCs to FCs, concerned Start-Ups/ SMEs, and larger industrial - commercial contexts. The aim of this deliverable is to organize and implement workshops and consultation among LHCs and FCs to facilitate the understanding of replications and outcomes, to adapt guidelines and tools to local contexts and needs, and ultimately to assist the replication of start-up smart city competition replications in FCs and possibly beyond SPARCs. Not only internal moderators but also invited speakers will assist with technical, communication, and financial aspects of these activities.

Definition of SPARCs Holistic Impact Assessment Methodology and Key Performance Indicators (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The deliverable will report the results of activities under T2.1 of SPARCS project. In its first version, the deliverable will focus on the analysis of the “Morgenstadt assessment framework” which will be the basis for the SPARCS Impact assessment methodology, while performing a thorough review of at least 3 other well-known methodologies from relevant projects (CITYkeys; SCIS; CIVITAS) to evaluate the appropriateness and soundness of the KPIs they propose for Smart City initiatives impact assessment from an Energy, Economic, Social and Technology perspective.
Implementation plan Kladno (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable is part of task 53 The Implementation plan will give a baseline profile of the City of Maia and 1520 early stage Project ideas that are based on interventions in Lighthouse Cities and the packaged solutions The baseline profile will highlight quantifiable sustainability performance of the City and its strengths and weaknesses around carbon transformation
D52 is part of task 51 The solution packages will provide rich expert curated and neutral information on the Use Cases implemented by the Lighthouse Cities including information on technology options functionalities business models and implementation The Solutions will be uploaded on Bable and made public for wider dissemination
Social media channels (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This is a deliverable that will showcase the initial setup (text copy and images) of the social media channels. It will show the setup in a word document (screenshots) and outline the basic strategy for the channels and basic visual identity.

Final event (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This is a produced final event of the project, that will showcase all the biggest results of the project, outline the solutions, show interactions between cities, potential for replication, in addition, it will also include recommendations for the replication and upscaling further in other cities, projects.
Webinars (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This is a list of webinars and topics, that will be discussed in those webinars, outlining: - when - who is talking - about what topic - general idea about the webinars - strategy for dissemination (who they are targeted to, and how do we engage them)
Supporting toolkit for Start-Up Competitions (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The information included in D74 will be edited in the form of a package an executive tool kit that will be used to communicate the precommercial procurement The targets are external entities mainly innovative startups and SMEs present in the geographic area defined in D74 GOPA will actively disseminate the tool kit to promote participation Action will include promotion through social media the SPARCS newsletter SPARCS website etc Statistics will be kept on first recipients applications received etc After the precommercial or if applicable the public procurement process are completed GOPA will communicate and promote the results to the SPARCS community

Newsletters layout (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This is a document that will showcase the layout of the newsletter (it will be an image or a source file of this image, since its design). The design will be entered into a third party service that will take care of the publishing of newsletters: campaign monitor or any other third party service deemed appropriate.
Videos (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This is a deliverable that will outline the production of animated videos outlining the solutions in the cities and their results. They are: - general intro video - each city video with solutions they will be adapted to social media format for better distribution and sharing. At M6 first videos presenting the project is created. Other videos will be released throughout the project duration.
Lighthouse City of Espoo complete demonstrations, and a final compilation report presenting the overall solutions for energy positive blocks as implemented. The deliverable is the final report of task T3.1, generated in collaboration with tasks T3.2-T3.9.
