Common methodological framework for Vision development

This report will outline the methodological framework for integration of energy and urban planning mechanisms for vision development, according to strategic baselines and ambitions, including as well diagnosis and scenario generation and assessment activities.

Local stakeholder engagement plans

This deliverable maps PED stakeholders their interests and relationships It takes stock of the level of citizencommunity engagement and collects insights on the social and economic potential of the plot areas It formulates CommunityLevel Indicators capturing residents wishes and needs as well as ways of achieving them This report also details the local followup activities which are differentiated according to LH city

Repository of definitions of terms, key characteristics archetypes, and a set of KPIs

This report lists the terms in which project indicators are defined, as well as the key characteristics of archetypes and the final set of KPIs. Archetypes are understood as key compound entities that share similar properties and characteristics, such as energy demand pattern, composition of population by different criteria, density and other context-related factors. The final list of KPIs will be in conformity with SCIS, ESPRESSO and CITYkeys.

The PED Innovation Atelier organization document

Document establishing the concept of PED Innovation Atelier to be applied, and further containing an overview of formal and less formal organisation typologies that fit the requirements of PED Innovation Atelier to be shaped in Cities. Identifying the main functions and organisational aspects of (1) Establishment stage, (2) Maturing stage and (3) Stabilising stage.

Shared cars platform evaluation

Amsterdam invests heavily in electromobility in the city, in part this is through shared cars platforms. Though sharing systems exist already for some time, sharing of electric cars includes issues like time allowing for charging, which affects availability. The evaluation of the platform includes: Regulatory barriers, impact of offering different modalities ( e-cars, e-mopeds, e-bikes), business case, Mobility As A Service offerings, behaviour change.

Report on the capacity building activities

This report will summarise the capacity building activities that are carried out in the Fellow Cities in support the replicability process. The activities will be evaluated in terms of capacity impact. Recommendation are provided for the cities for future actions

Data Management Plan

The Data Management Plan will contain all the required information to handle research data during and after the end of the project including details about what data will be collected processed andor generated which methodology and standards will be applied whether data will be sharedmade open access and how data will be curated and preserved including after the end of the project The Data Protection Impact Assessment DPIA will be included in the DMP and will identify and provide the methods to ensure security ethics and privacy issues The DMP will be delivered in M6 and will be updated halfway the project in M33

Report on the activities of the Dissemination and Communication Secretariat

The yearly report on the activities of the Dissemination and Communication Secretariat contains a summary of the past activities, thus updating about what has been achieved and how big of an audience has been reached. The report contains written summaries, statistics as well as pictures of the different activities.

Dissemination and Communication Strategy Plan

This is a strategy for the project's overall Dissemination & Communication activities on local, regional, national, European and international level. It contains information about the timeline and the extend of planned activities such as website launch, flyer, publications, videos, events etc.

Energy and resource station connection to Republica

A working vacuum sewerage system for both black water and kitchen waste. De sewerage system will be connected to the existing vacuum installation, which send the water to the (also existing) recovery station. Energy (heat and electricity) and fertilizer (phosphate) from the waste water is recovered there. The recovery station has a capacity for 1550 ie aprox.

Replication and upscaling strategy

This report aims at defining a Replication and upscaling strategy in order to ensure and foster the replication potential of the smart solutions validated in the lighthouse cities. For that a deep analysis to ensure the adaptation of each smart solution to any specifc context will be carried out.

Agenda and programme for cooperation

The collective programme on cooperation will be jointly developed with other smart city projects, in particular those focussing on PED, and in cooperation with the Smart City Network. The programme will describe the topics and modalities for cooperation in the areas of collective research and learning. The programme will identify the expect results, the contributing partners from different partners, and the timeline. The programme will be endorsed by all contributing projects.

Artistic, creative and deliberative interventions in Amsterdam and Bilbao

This deliverable produces, and documents, creative interventions in Amsterdam and Bilbao, making use of artistic and deliberative methods such as dialogues and co-design sessions.
