Risultati finali
Mobility, career development and other research related news will be published on daily basis on the web portal. A short, awareness raising newsletter will be prepared, on the main issues in mobility and career development, and distributed by e-mail to registered Armenian researchers in compliance with GDPR. Also, newsletter will be made available online through research institutions’ and contact points web sites. In total, three newsletters will be prepared and disseminated to highlight activities and deliver opportunities provided by the network and the portal.
Mobility guide for incoming researchers (si apre in una nuova finestra)Mobility guide for incoming researchers will be developed in electronic version enclosing all relevant information for incoming researchers. It would use information collected in the process of management of information on Armenian mobility portal, with aim to provide first practical assistance to incoming researchers regarding relevant contacts to bridgehead organization and service centre, and most important information relevant for mobile researchers. A printable version of the guide will be prepared and printed in 200 copies in English by M20, and delivered to contact points, ministries, embassies and consulates, universities and other relevant organizations for their use and further dissemination to increase the visibility.
Mobility guide for outgoing researchers (si apre in una nuova finestra)Practical guide for outgoing mobility of Armenian researchers will be prepared in electronic version to be available at the portal in Armenian language to include practical information on opportunities for outgoing mobility, as well as entry conditions, social security issues, ranges of salaries, etc., in the EU countries. A printable version of the guide will be prepared and printed in 300 copies and disseminated to contact points, research organizations, universities and companies as well as at various meetings, conferences and other events to increase the visibility of the action.
National EURAXESS Network poster (si apre in una nuova finestra)For the graphical identification of the EURAXESS National Mobility Network mission and activities, a poster will be designed and used in various occasions for the promotion of the network, including meetings, conferences and other events.
Training sessions will be organized for capacity building and training of contact points on handling daytoday activities Three training sessions are envisaged during the lifetime of the project on thematic principle Trainings will focus on general issues of application for European and international grant programmes awareness raising on better career development opportunities procedures to obtain visas temporary stay permits work permits residence permits health and social security taxation use of EURAXESS Portal external communication and media relations promotion via social media intercultural communication etc The target number of participants will be 45 in total for the three trainings
Final report on two EU programmes Training sessions (si apre in una nuova finestra)Two trainings will be also organized for the purpose of awareness raising among contact points network and wider research community about opportunities within the new Horizon Europe programme to be launched in 2021 The trainings will be planned for the second and third years of the project and will provide broader information on mobility and career development opportunities grant preparation and submission general rules of participation etc Where appropriate it will be organized in cooperation and in synergy with EU NCP networks
Report from Portal Launching event (si apre in una nuova finestra)A high level portal launching event will be organized in Yerevan for the presentation of operational web portal with invitation of government officials Steering group members research community European Delegation and other international organizations the media The target will be to have at least 100 participants The event will be accompanied by press releases and wide masssocial media coverage
Report from dissemination event-Mobility Day (si apre in una nuova finestra)Dissemination event a Mobility Day will be organized in cooperation with EC and EU EURAXESS Network organizations possibly in conjunction with another big event or conference to ensure wider outreach and cost efficiency Best efforts will be made to ensure representation of relevant ministries diplomatic choir and international organizations with operation in Armenia such as IMF OECD UNDP and World Bank Dissemination event would present delivered results and the impact of the project and ask for further and stronger involvement of highlevel officials in resolution of mobility obstacles The target would be to have at least 100 participants
