This report will provide the first version of the design of the cloud gateways and the cloud provisioning approaches to ensure utilization of cloud resources as required for the PolicyCLOUD environment. It will also provide the algorithms implementing the incentives management as well as the data governance model and the specification of the tools used to ensure compliance to the model across the complete data path.

Conceptual Model & Reference Architecture M30This report will identify the key components of PolicyCLOUD and define the interfaces and interactions between them An internal report will be developed in M3 and will serve as a basis to kickoff the research activities of the project planned to start in M4
Reusable Model & Analytical Tools: Design and Open Specification 1The report will specify the internal architecture of the aggregation layer and the mechanisms enabling linking and correlation of distributed diverse datasets. It will also provide the cleaning algorithms, as well as the analytics algorithms for semantic knowledge extraction, and the design of the envisioned semantic layer of PolicyCLOUD. It will also include the detailed specifications for the mechanisms and models that generate contextual knowledge for policy making and will detail the algorithms utilized for opinion mining, influence diffusion and sentiment analysis. The design of the social dynamics and behavioral data analytics will also be provided.
