The CALIPER project: Linking research and innovation for gender equality

Gender analysis of research and innovation ecosystems and reports from the local R&I Hubs (si apre in una nuova finestra)

It will include good practices from T1.3 and present results from T1.4 analysis of the external legal and cultural framework and the local/ national innovation ecosystems (with emphasis on the linkage between research, innovation policies and market) that influence the state of gender equality in the wider STEM research area (Leader: SV, M8).

Participating RPOs RFO will produce national policy briefing with the aim of linking Research and Innovation towards gender equality VIL will be responsible for providing the European policy briefing Leader VIL M24

This deliverable will present the first approved version of all GEPs Leader SV M15

Internal Gender Equality Assessments Results (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This report will present and analyse the internal assessment results for each RPO and RFO involved in the project (Leader: VIL, M8).

Internal and external assessment methodologies and guidelines (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Presents the necessary dimensions, indicators, methods and tools to be followed for the internal audits/ assessments and the ecosystems analysis to be conducted by each RPO/RFOs (Leader: SV, M2).

Policy Briefings v2 (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Annual report on the production of national policy briefing by the RPOs/RFOs with the aim of linking Research and Innovation towards gender equality. VIL will be responsible for providing the European policy briefing (Leader: VIL, M33).

Project Management Handbook (si apre in una nuova finestra)

It will contain the main aspects related to the Administrative and Financial Management of the project (Leader: VIL, M3).

Dissemination and communication activities v.2 (si apre in una nuova finestra)

It will report the dissemination activities of the project Leader VIL M30

Formative Evaluation methodology (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This report will present the methodology indicators and targets for monitoring and assessing the GEPs implementation Leader SV M9

Final GEPs (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This report will present the final revised individual GEPs after the two iteration phases and the mini reports on the redesign and refinement of GEPs (Leader: VIL, M47).

Sustainability and Expansion Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

It will include the Individual sustainability plans from partner RFOs/RPOs on how to ensure GEPs continuation after the end of the project and report on the dedicated expansion activities implemented by the consortium (Leader: VIL, M48).

It will report the dissemination activities of the project (Leader: VIL, M15).

CALIPER Charter (si apre in una nuova finestra)

It will include the design of the CALIPER Charter on Institutional Change for Gender Equal Research and Innovation Hubs and the list of the 40 organisations that will create synergies for mutual learning and experience exchange for the adoption and implementation of GEPs(Leader: SV, M48).

Dissemination Strategy (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This report will provide the dissemination strategy of the project and provide internal communication guidelines to all RPOs/ RFO involved. It will include a list of significant events (conferences, seminars, workshops) which are planned to be organised, with detailed information like: title, date, location and content and will be updated on the next deliverables reporting the dissemination activities (Leader: VIL, M3).

It will contain the main aspects related to the Quality Management of the project and the risk management process (Leader: VIL, M3).

It will report the GEPs implementation activities during phase 1 and will present the updated GEPs after the first iteration (Leader: UZG, M33).

This report will present the results of the multi-stakeholder dialogues that will take place in each participating country. The CALIPER Research and Innovation Hub will be, therefore, set and finalized(Leader: ULB, M13).

This deliverable will provide the partners with clear guidance on how to apply co-designing principle to the GEPs’ design context, both at the level of dialoguing and getting inputs from internal and external stakeholders, will provide the methodology that will be utilized for the development of scenarios as well as the set of scenarios that will be established in each participating country reflecting on the analysis and results of the previous WP (Leader: ULB, M11).
