Nuova tecnologia di cooperazione per guidare l’innovazione
Le grandi aziende hanno bisogno di idee nuove e del coinvolgimento delle persone giuste per realizzare i propri obiettivi. Tuttavia, questo non è facile quando la realizzazione dell’idea dipende da grandi strutture gerarchiche. Il progetto innosabi GALAXY, finanziato dall’UE, fornirà una tecnologia di innovazione agile e un sistema attivo di collaborazione con grandi clienti, come quelli che già partecipano a un processo pilota: Bayer e Siemens. La nuova piattaforma inscape GALAXY cambia il modo di introdurre innovazioni nelle aziende legando tutti gli utensili presenti a banche dati esterne per creare ecosistemi che facilitino una cooperazione più intensa. Il risultato sarà un coinvolgimento notevolmente maggiore dei dipendenti e tempi più brevi per l’immissione di nuovi prodotti sul mercato.
Obiettivo
In Innovation Management, all large corporations face the same challenge: they lose the overview of available competencies, knowledge, and direct contact to their stakeholders for innovation. Hierarchic structures lead to long decision-making that cripples the corporation in their innovation and product development. To sustain in international competition, they need digital, simple and effective solutions to implement open, agile innovation management. innosabi is a place where talented individuals build the tools and methods to change the way ideas and innovations emerge. We are one of Europe’s leading providers of software solutions for innovation management with many well-known customers, like Daimler, Bayer, Siemens, and Allianz. innosabi is more than software. We don’t just develop the technology for Agile Innovation. We create new methods, advocate the power of open collaboration, and share our insights with politics, corporations, and other like-minded companies. We want to actively shape the future as pioneers and thought leaders. Not only with our technology but by living and practicing the mindset and principles we believe in. In collaboration with our pilot customers Bayer and Siemens, we develop the next disruptive solution for agile innovation: innosabi GALAXY. innosabi GALAXY unites all existing tools for collaboration with employees, suppliers, and customers, and implements external knowledge databases and communities, like CrunchBase or LinkedIn. By using our platform, customers could generate and process proposed ideas 2x faster, increase the participation rate by 5, have 200x more employees participating in idea generation, gain market insight 6x faster and reduce the time to market of products by 30%. With a year on year growth of our turnover of 40% since 2015, innosabi GALAXY and the SME Instrument funding we will reach the next milestone to boost company growth from 2.8 M€ (2018) and 45 employees to a turnover of 16.3 M€, 140 employees in 2023.
