GenderEX e-newsletters will be published biannually and serve as one of the main communication tools to disseminate the project updates, outputs and results. The e-newsletters will present information and visual materials about project activities. The e-newsletters will be sent to stakeholders via email, and also hosted in the GenderEX website and social media.

Program including the abstracts for the second of two ESR conferences to be organized.

Report on establishment of communication outlets: visual identity, promotional materials and stationery, website and social media accounts

Report which outlines the social media accounts the website and all of the promotional materials to be used during the project

Guidelines for Engendering Research and Guidelines for Engendering Policies and Projects

The guidelines will present information and roadmap for employing gender-responsive measures and methods in research. The guidelines will serve researchers, scholars and students from all disciplines and will be a material delivered in trainings, summer schools and conferences.

Report on long-term and short-term staff exchanges

Report outlining the details of the short and long term exchanges.

Gender proofing consultancy service plan

A plan to outlines the details of establishing a gender proofing consultancy service at KHAS. The consultancy service will be provided to the academic staff and researchers at KHAS who wish to integrate a sex/gender dimension into either a project application and/or publication.

A plan that outlines all of the communication activities for the project

Two motivational videos on the innovative power of sexgender dimension will be produced and used within the awareness campaign The videos will be published and disseminated on social media The videos will have a very practical focus presenting case studies before and after engendering This will demonstrate the transformation that sexgender dimension can bring to different fields social sciences humanities engineering natural sciences

Online training module on Engendering Research in All Disciplines

The online training composed of a training video and the Guidelines for Engendering Research (Task 3.5), will be accessible in English, Swedish, Italian and in Turkish via subtitles or translations in order to raise the impact and reach to a wider audience. This training will be based on the knowledge generated through the on-site trainings.

A Data Management Plan DMP to determine and explain which of the research data you generate will be made open meaning free of charge online access for any user As we will be participating in the Extended Pilot on Open Research Data in Horizon 2020 ORDP the plan will include details on how make your research data findable accessible interoperable and reusable FAIR
