Project description
Towards more adaptable IoT service environments
The EU-funded IΟTAC project aims to deliver a new, secure and privacy-friendly Internet of Things (IoT) architecture enabling the development and operation of more resilient IoT service environments. This can be done by monitoring and evaluating applications security throughout the broader software development life cycle. It can also be aided through the introduction of an advanced access control mechanism based on new interactions and workflow using chip cards and public key infrastructure technology. Overall, the project’s overarching goal is to foster a strong dissemination and communication programme that can support the commercial and scientific exploitation of the results.
