European Activity for Standardization of Industrial residual STRESS characterization

CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.

Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Best practice guidelines (opens in new window)

Concerning WP2 task 2.2Development of best practice in correlation of modeled and measured stress data. This includes details to consider during modelling and experiments and reporting formats.

Report on residual stress characterisation, AM (opens in new window)

Concerning WP6 task 6.2Report on using residual stress characterization options for quality assessment of 3D printet metal components. It will be used as a basis for discussions with non-partner stakeholders.

Report on ontologies and complex workflows (opens in new window)

Concerning WP3 task 3.6A report highlighting the common rationales used to define the main parameters and descriptors of the protocols developed for all techniques. This will ensure consistent instrument characterization and defines the metadata that is necessary for WP4.

Output data report (opens in new window)

Concerning WP5 task 5.1Report on output format compatible with simulation software.

Technical report with mathematical formalisms (opens in new window)

Concerning WP4 task 4.2A technical report with the mathematical formalisms (equations), dedicated technical drawings and diagrams that describes coordinate systems, variables, workflows for data processing, and that includes the description of the experimental parameters to be included in FE-modelling software.

Industrial service guidelines (opens in new window)

Concerning WP5 task 5.5Final version of industrial service guidelines published.

Report on technical specifications (opens in new window)

Concerning WP3 task 3.1A report on technical specifications as identified in collaboration with the industrial users and at the interface with WP2, WP4, and WP5.

Round robin results (opens in new window)

Concerning WP2 task 2.3The full measurement results of the round robin samples and their comparisons are available. This includes results both from the (semi)destructive and non destructive laboratory techniques and large scale techniques and a comprehensive benchmark report comparing the different techniques.

Report on final cross-validation (opens in new window)

Concerning WP4 task 4.4Report on final cross-validation of protocols and software.

Strategic report, novel techniques (opens in new window)

Concerning WP3 task 3.4Strategic report on future perspectives and action plan to mature novel techniques.

Report on SOPs (opens in new window)

Concerning WP3 task 3.2 and task 3.3Report on SOPs for instruments dedicated to bulk analysis and to near surface analysis.

Software for on-line data analysis (opens in new window)

Concerning WP4 task 4.3Software for on-line data analysis developed

Reference samples (opens in new window)

Concerning WP2 task 2.1Reference samples with industrial relevance are designed and details on their manufacture are available.
