This deliverable will present the first version of the the analysis and integration of outputs from WP1 tasks and the feedback from WP2-WP7 in the form of guidelines and recommendations for the application of the framework for development, implementation and validation of strategies for vertical and horizontal upscaling in other cities and urban areas. This revision will include the aggregated approaches for vertical and horizontal upscaling. This deliverable is an outcome of task T1.4.

This deliverable consists is a data framework analysis of the different data strategies within the urban areas including blueprints, guidelines and lessons learned on how to build a data ecosystem and partnerships, building blocks needed, regulation (e.g. license models), integration and interoperability challenges. It refers to tasks T4.5.

Framework for development and implementation of strategies for horizontal upscaling 1

This deliverable will describe the framework for developing and implementing strategies for horizontal upscaling. This first revision will include the current status of integration in the 3 SCALE-UP urban nodes. This deliverable refers to task T1.2.

This deliverable describes the Communication and Dissemination Plan to enhance the project’s dissemination and take up activities. This deliverable will include a Visual Identity Manual.

Validation of strategies on the horizontal upscaling approach 1

This deliverable will present the framework for validation of the strategies for horizontal upscaling as well as the validation processes itself. This is the first version of the deliverable and it refers to task T1.3.

This document is the outcome of task T2.5. It will consist of a set of policy recommendations for effective strategies on multi-level and multi-stakeholder governance models, with inputs coming from the three SCALE-UP urban nodes.

Report on effective strategies

This report refers to T2.1 and will update D2.1, including: Improved cooperative governance models with more collaboration between stakeholders, vertically across governance levels and horizontally across sectors and disciplines; Governance models going beyond the scope of urban nodes and focus on regional cooperation on the FUA level; Innovation partnerships for public-public and public-private cooperation and for the involvement of civic society and Innovative finance models.

This report describes the technical Guidelines for Practitioners for each of the 28 SCALE-UP measures.

Toolbox for behavioural change addressing the physical/infrastructural, the digital and the human dimensions

This deliverable consists of a toolbox based on awareness raising and nudging tools (human dimension), digital tools such as route planners and MaaS (digital dimension), creating space and options (e.g. multimodal hubs, extra offer, etc.) (physical dimension). It refers to task T6.5.

Final Report on Implementation of behavioural change with a focus on active and healthy modes solutions

This report will update D6.1, including: actions to gain insights into (travel) behaviour and user needs, to raise awareness, implementation of incentive mechanisms and nudging of travel behaviour. It will describe the final implementations in T6.2, T6.3 and T6.4.

This deliverable will present the result of the validation process of the strategies for vertical upscaling. This deliverable refers to task T1.3.
