This deliverable will pose and solve the mathematical optimisation problem The objective is to obtain the final optimal set of design parameter for every DER and HES system and grid couplings to be deployed in the island This final design will refine the preliminary design calculated during the preparation of the proposal

Stablish the guideleines for an effective deployment while fulfilling all the national and local regulations which apply in the case of Borkum

First draft of the communication and dissemination plansThis plan will describe the targeted dissemination and communication activities and distribution channels for the project as well as the directed impacts The activities within this task will entail communications and dissemination calendar of potential conferences fairs and other events to be attended planned publications and press releases etc as well as a list of relevant stakeholders and networksprojects to be approached updated every 6 months through creative sessions during partner meetings and regular telephone conferences In addition this task will also keep track of all communications and dissemination activities effectively implemented during the project considering present European energy legislations

Macroscopic energy supply and demand forecasting models

Report about the module that delivers the supply and demand of the network assets as a whole This will complement the individual forecasting modules by providing additional estimation measures taking advantage of the accuracy gains due to the aggregation of assets
