Obiettivo
The CVT market is characterised by three essential elements: the presence of a large number of organisations whose abilities are not really well known, an over-supply of training providers and near-absence of evaluation for organisations and their results. The essential objective of this project is to create training-oriented quality control systems to identify which organisations can best meet the real needs of companies, employees and job-seekers.
To achieve this objective, the project comprises three phases: needs-analysis, design and implementation of an ISO 9000-1 certified quality control system and evaluation of training results by the course participants and companies. Each of the partners has special experience in one of these domains. This expertise will be pooled and validated by each contributor. The partners will disseminate the approved methodologies within their respective countries.
Impact
By designing a certification and quality evaluation system for training, this project will help identify which companies are best suited to meeting the real training needs of companies, employees and job-seekers.
