DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMON METHODOLOGY FOR FOOD PRODUCT AUTHENTICATION BASED ON METABOLIC MODEL IDENTIFICATION AND LEADING TO EUROPEAN STANDARDIZATION PROPOSITIONS

Objective



The aim of the project is to determine relationships between analytical data of natural products in view to allow the authentication of their origin.
Sophisticated mathematical analysis will allow the optimal utilization of analytical data.

The economical interest of the project for Europe is obvious.
