Objective
The action is to review data from participating countries on the prevalence of food-intolerance conditions and to summarize the situation in each country on available sources of help on selection of foods by intolerance sufferers. Furthermore, to produce a Europe-wide network of databanks detailing retail food products that are declared free of certain food ingredients or additives that are known to cause adverse reactions in a clinically significant proportion of the European population.
