Exploitable results
The goal of the project was to improve the productivity of small and medium enterprises which use industrial carbon dioxide-laser cutting machines. Simple tools and practices have been developed for quality control, systems testing and process optimization. A laboratory prototype of an advanced laser beam analyser is currently applied in on-the-production-floor beam quality analysis in industry.
