Objective
To develop and conduct experiments on a training product designed to harmonize the quality of after-sales services in the automobile industry for the whole Commmunity and more particularly for Southern Europe. On the basis of transnational cooperation, the aim of the project is to perform multilateral transfers of know-how. In the context of the Single Market, this should ensure that uniform, high quality services be provided throughout the Community countries. In the context of strategic re-orientation in the automobile sector, the after-sale service has become the most important loyalty factor for the client. It is therefore necessary to qualify the personnel in the positions of assistance customer service.
