The main results from the ENAPS project are the ENAPS Performance Indicators, a methodology consisting of a business process framework and corresponding performance indicators and more importantly, a European performance benchmarking database consisting of performance data for a wide number of European enterprises.
The ENAPS project will eventually be commercialized in a company created to market and sell thefollowing ENAPS services:
- ENAPS Performance Indicators : The methodology consisting of the business process framework and the corresponding performance indicators, which has a value of its own in terms of enabling performance monitoring of the enterprise's processes.
- ENAPS Performance Benchmarking : performance benchmarking is facilitated through the ENAPS database, based on data entry through an electronic questionnaire. This is the most important commercial result, which will enable enterprises to compare themselves against industry averages, best practice, or competitors.
- ENAPS Benchmarking Partner Search. Performance Improvement Projects: larger performance improvement projects, where the ENAPS database more or less functions as a stepping-stone to larger consulting projects.
