Ziel

The proposal concerns the Centre Excellence in physics and technology of semiconductor interfaces and sensors (CESIS). The work programme of Centre is focused on organisation of international workshops, advanced research on semiconductor surfaces, interfaces and gas sensors in close co-operation with other European centres, education and training of students and young researchers, and innovative projects for future research. The proposed specific activities of the CESIS Centre are organized within 9 Work Packages. The main deliverable concerns the increase of networking between the CESIS Centre and foreign European scientific centres involved in physics and technology of semiconductor surfaces, interfaces and gas sensors.
