Obiettivo
This project aims to provide different types of healthcare professionals with a set of tools for building decision support systems in resource management optimisation and quality control of health care policies. Areas include instrumentation purchase, therapy assessment and trial and screening scheduling. The project will support dynamic economic evaluation. This means a decision support system which is able to "learn", helps to integrate generic problem-solving models etc, supports the development of multi-agent applications in order to integrate knowledge of different health care professionals, and uses a common ontology for a facilitated interpretation and transfer of results. These tools will be designed so that they can be integrated into existing healthcare information systems.
