Ziel
The aim of this project, in the general framework of Task 1: social and economic challenges of changing family structures, and more specifically the work/education/family relations, is both:
- to improve the scientific knowledge of the relations inside and between the two dynamics respectively of family formation and female professional life cycle,
- to contribute to the European employment strategy in terms of employability and adaptability of the female work force in congruence to the equal opportunity policy.
The research will be strongly based on the mobilisation of Eurostat data bases and comparative in nature.It will focus on the role of the institutions in the explanation of the differences.
