Obiettivo
Project "Innovation Management Techniques - IMT" in Norway aims at helping SMEs to strengthen their long-term business prospects through innovation management consultancy assignments by :
developing a common agreed and tested approach combining experience from former programmes and projects in Norway.
Training 12 consultant in the methodologies which are based on BUNT and FRAM techniques but also include tools which deal with:
- integrated processer with customers and suppliers
- Production improvement
- Process development
- Process simplification
Carrying out 35 company assignments.
Producing written training material suitable for presentation in broader areas.
Organising regional meeting to spread the results.
Disseminating the experience both on a national and European level.
