1.analysis of sequence variation of PHYP in 2 Finnish and 1 Spanish p sylverstris population an its correlation with phenotypic variation;
2. Mapping of PHYP locus to compare localisation with candidate genes for adaptation. This approaches will give information of the role of PHYP in adaptation.
