Information exchange in food preservation

Objectif

To make a comprehensive survey of the state of the art technologies that exist in the field of food processing and particularly food preservation, ie.

- technologies available for food processing by ultra heat treatment (UHT) and asceptic methods.

- information on the requirements of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in terms of new technologies training and information on developments.

- to organise an extended dissemination activity of the results in the form of conferences, publication of results, workshops, etc.
