THE WORK WILL BE DIVIDED INTO THREE PARTS :
1. SEPARATION OF PLASTICS COMING FROM THE NETHERLANDS EXISTING FLAEKT AUTOMATIC SORTING PLANT. FOR THAT PURPOSE, A LABORATORY SEPARATION INSTALLATION BASED ON THE ELECTROSTATIC SEPARATION PRINCIPALE WILL BE CONCEIVED, BUILT AND TESTED BY FLAEKT. THE AIMS OF SUCH A PILOT PLANT WILL BE TO REALISE THE CONTINUOUS PURIFICATION OF THE VARIOUS POLYMETRIC FAMILIES, PVC, THE POLYOLEFINS AND THE STYRENIC POLYMERS. THE RESEARCH OF THE OPTIMISATION OF THE WORKING CONDITIONS WILL ALSO BE STUDIED.
THE VARIOUS PLASTIC FRACTIONS SO SEPARATED WILL BE TESTED BY THE CRIF FOLLOWING THE CLASSIC SCHEME :
- PREPARATION OF THE PLASTIC WASTE (WASHING, DRYING, GRINDING);
- PLASTIFICATION AND GRANULATION OF THE PREPARED PLASTIC WASTES ON THE CRIF MACHINE;
- MANUFACTURING OF END PRODUCTS ON CLASSICAL INJECTION AND EXTRUSION MACHINES;
- TESTS ON THE END PRODUCTS (MECHANICAL, THERMAL AND AGEING TESTS).
- ECONOMIC STUDY OF AN INDUSTRIAL PLANT REALISING THE SEPARATION. MARKETING STUDY FOR THE MANUFACTURED AFTER TREATMENT WITH THE CRIF MACHINE.
