CONCORDIA

CONCORDIA has studied the impact on the telecommunications infrastructure of Europe, of the effect of future 'mass-market' take up of applications, which have emerged from the TAP Programme. The CONCORDIA Methodology has been extensively used by the Project in the interaction with the TAP projects, and in the analysis and interpretation of the collected information. This structured and robust methodology ensures that data collected by different experts with different expertise in different interviews is comparable and consistent so that it can be aggregated to produce a more global and meaningful picture of future needs associated with the emerging telematics applications. This Methodology could be used to complete / update the study e.g. by analyzing a new sample of telematics applications. Project URL: http://www.etic.be/concordia/index.html
