Networked Electronic Storage and Communication of Telematics Applications Programme; NECTAR

This project aims to ease access on the part of researchers and developers to the available engineering knowledge base via an on-line repository of RTD project results from the Telematics Applications Programme and especially from the Telematics Engineering sector. A Web based knowledge repository has been developed with some 1,200 hits recorded daily. Furthermore the Web based "European Journal of Engineering for Information Society Applications" will be commercialised in 1999. URL: http://www.ejeisa.com/nectar/
