System for effective Assessment of driver state and Vehicle control in Emergency Situations; SAVE

SAVE validated a system for effective assessment of a driver's condition and vehicle control in emergency situations. An Integrated Driver Assistance and Safety System that detects the condition of the driver and undertakes appropriate emergency maneuvers, will be developed and made commercially available worldwide. It will enable safer driving, especially when the driver is travelling long distances, and will reduce the number of accidents due to critical driver conditions.
