Deliverables
Routine data will be collected using the CIAT. This data will be continuously analysed to generate periodic reports. At M48, an intermediate evaluation report will be developed outlining progress, achievements, barriers and lessons of the SPICES project.
When 50% of the planned recruitment is done, the following information will be provided: an overview of recruited subjects by study site, potential recruiting problems and, if applicable, a detailed description of implemented and planned measures to compensate delays in the study subject recruitment. This will be done by month 48 the latest.
This periodic report summarizes the following information for each WP for the first 18 months of the project : a summary of the WP objectives and the progress towards these objective, key realisations, input in other WPs, problems encountered and deviations from the DoA, use of resources, list of meetings/events/conferences and a list of presentations and publications.
Delivery 2.1 is a baseline description of the situation of health care system, stakeholders and baseline indicators which are intended to benchmark the outcomes of the intervention. A summary report of stakeholder meetings and resolutions, preparations, secondary literature and primary data reviews, and pilots will be generated. These reports are intended to provide a benchmark for key indicators of the intervention.
