Protection of workers from biological agents at work
A Commission proposal for a Council Directive to amend Directive 90/679/EEC on the protection of workers from risks related to exposure to biological agents at work concerns amendments (included in an annex to this proposal) regarding the biological agents listed in Annex III of the original Directive. Member States are to bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with the proposed Directive not later than 30 April 1994.
