FAIR food project synopses
A publication providing a synopses of research projects, funded within the EU's RTD programme in the field of agriculture and fisheries (FAIR), has recently been published by the European Commission, DG XII. The projects covered relate specifically to food and nutritional research and in particular Area 3 of the FAIR work programme which focused on generic science and advanced technologies for nutritious foods. Information on the objectives, expected results and applications of each project are provided in the publication, as well as the total funding committed and the project duration. Contact details for each project coordinator and the various partners involved in the research are also provided.
