COST Action - Transport and land-use policies
Transport activities are seen as one of the priority areas in the COST programme for scientific and technological cooperation in Europe. The latest COST Action to be launched in this area is "COST 322 - Transport and Land-use Policies". The aim of the "Transport and Land-use Policies" action is to evaluate innovative institutional coordination arrangements which contribute to greater coherence between the decision making processes in the fields of transport and regional planning. Special emphasis will be placed on the local effects of transport policies. The project presently involves ten European countries: Spain, UK, Denmark, Finland, France, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Switzerland and Sweden.
