Symposium on the microbiology of food and cosmetics

The fourth international symposium in the "Microbiology of Food and Cosmetics in Europe" series will be on "Infectious diseases and Intoxications with the Third Millennium approaching" and will take place on 1-2 June 1994. The topics of the symposium will be:

The fourth international symposium in the "Microbiology of Food and Cosmetics in Europe" series will be on "Infectious diseases and Intoxications with the Third Millennium approaching" and will take place on 1-2 June 1994. The topics of the symposium will be:

- Sea food toxins;
- Mytoxins and mycotoxicoses;
- Innovative methods of microbe identification;
- Oathogenic germs of traditional interest;
- Microbiology and chemistry of cosmetics;

The proceedings will be chaired by Prof. D.A.A. Mossel and will be sponsored by the Commission of the European Communities.
