Second BEMOSA Project Workshop on Balancing Management, Employees and Technology, Brussels, Belgium
The EU-funded 'Behaviour modelling for security in airports' (BEMOSA) project is holding a workshop on the topic of improving security in airports. The second in a series, the event will look at applying the principles of social networking to airport security, airport security operations in general and false alarms and manager-employee relations in particular.
BEMOSA's key scientific team will analyse the project's findings with a focus on group decisions, informal social networks and deviations from rules and procedures. They will also provide background about their research methodology, including scalability and transferability.
Unique behaviour models, developed by BEMOSA, will also be highlighted. In the future, these will form the basis for the development of a novel training program for airport personnel.For further information, please visit:
