A seminar on food safety will take place in Montpellier, France, on 25 and 26 January.
Some 50 speakers will address subjects such as health risks and civil, penal and administrative sanctions for the agri-food sector; the links between regulatory constraints and voluntary standards; organisations dealing with food security and their individual missions.
The event will also look at the experiences of legal experts, businesses and laboratories since the introduction of the EU feed law in 2005.For further information, please consult the following web address:
