Dissemination and Communication Strategy

This deliverable will contain NICE Dissemination and Communication Strategy including identification of projects target audience key messages roles and responsibilities communication channels and tools strategy for media and press social media strategy and scientific and technical dissemination strategy It will also serve as a report on the status of NICE specific communication materials logo flyers etc This strategy will be updated as a result of the periodical monitoring and evaluation at the end of each reporting period

This deliverable will contain the complete results from the innovative and enhanced NBS portfolio and the NICE URLs (designed and implemented in WP7), covering all their aspects from inception, design and implementation to operation, management and performance under varied conditions

Public Report on co-benefits of NICE innovative NBS for urban water cycle management.

This deliverable will comprise the final integrated results from the impact assessment of NICE NBS co-benefits, including environmental and socioeconomic assessment as well as health and risk analysis resultsRegarding environmental analysis, the document will comprise the final results of Interactive LCA of NICE pilot NBS, including raw materials, construction of the NBS, system operation, and the impact linked to the removal of pollutants (N, P, CECs, etc.) and water reuse. With respect to economic assessment, this deliverable will contain the final results from the interactive Life Cycle Cost, LCC) conducted to address the costs associated with each NBS solution developed in the project. Based on the results from the LCA at least 4 externalities associated with each treatment process will be calculated. The deliverable will include the estimation of the total costs of each system. Concerning, social impact analysis, the deliverable will comprise the final results from the SLCA and stakeholders’ tests and consultations. A SLCA inventory for different social indicators related to five main stakeholder groups will be included. Socioeconomic indicators will be included in the deliverable to assess impact generated at local/regional level. The deliverable will be done following a Net Environmental Benefit approach and will include SDGs related indicators related to NICE innovative solutions. Finally, the results of the Health, Safety and Risk assessment will be also part of this deliverable.The deliverable will be presented as a public report to disseminate the co-benefits associated to the implementation of NICE NBS in the local water cycle management in cities.

This deliverable will contain the monitoring and evaluation of the results obtained with the dissemination and communication activities of the project in PR3, including an assessment vs the original KPIs and targets. It will also include a final assessment of the overall project.

This deliverable will contain the monitoring and evaluation of the results obtained with the dissemination and communication activities of the project in RP1, including an assessment vs the original KPIs and targets, and the proposal of new measures and adjustments to improve the results in case shortcomings are detected.

Responsible Research and Innovation Guidelines including import/export outside the EU

This deliverable will include NICE Responsible Research and Innovation Guidelines, to be followed by all partners working on the project, and the staff assigned to NICE. It will include: NICE Gender Action Plan, Ethics issues and guidelines for science and educations aspects linked to WP9 activities. Furthermore, details on the materials which will be imported to/exported from the EU must be submitted as deliverable and, if applicable, copies of import/export authorisations, as required by national/EU legislation, will be kept on file.

Guidelines for design, implementation, integration & management of urban innovative NBS including alignment of NICE pilots with IUCN Standard for NBS

This deliverable will include comprehensive guidelines covering all the steps in the lifetime of innovative NBS, from conception to operation & maintenance. Its contents will take into account the characteristics and requirements of the implementation site and the water to be treated and the environmental and socio-economic aspects. It will also include a compendium of instructions and specifications to align NICE’s NBS pilots with IUCN Global Standard for NBS, taking into account the 8 main criteria of that framework.

Comprehensive portfolio of innovative NBS 1

This deliverable will contain the initial results from the survey of innovative and enhanced NBS implementations in the EU and 5 non-EU countries. It will include details about design, implementation, operation and management of a broad set of enhanced NBS.

Health, safety and Risk Assessment for NBS 3

This deliverable will comprise the final results of the Health, Safety and Risk assessment for NICE innovative solutions.
