Policy Brief Final

It provides policy recommendations for a range of stakeholders based on the insights and lessons learned from the shemakeseu project

shemakes vision

it will provide a short narrative on the process and results from the visioning task with a short accessible summary that can be used and worked with during the lifetime of the project Sets forth the innovation methodology for ecosystem development with a literature review and an innovation framework validated on the basis of the initial Lab activities

Learning Paths Interim Report

It will describe and synthesize the results of the first phase of the Learning Paths report of the results of the activities and engagement realized with the 6 labs and an updated version of the Learning Path Toolkit

Communication and Dissemination Final Report

It updates D61 as regards the second year of the project following the same structure It closes with a final version of the corporate image and website as will accompany shemakeseu along its postproject sustainability path

Innovation Services Interim Report

It will describe and synthesize the results of the first phase of delivery of the Innovation Services realized with the 6 labs and an updated version of the Innovation Services Toolkit

Policy Brief Interim

It situates shemakeseu in the ongoing policy context and provides insights and lessons learned from the first 9 months of project activities

shemakes Network

Reports on the open invitation the selection of the 12 new labs and the assignment of Gurus and Ambassadors to support transfer In addition it offers insights and lessons learned from the expansion and transfer processes and recommendations for network sustainability Reports on the agreements reached with the Fabricademy network on the one hand and the TCBL Foundation on the other for network integration and hence the longterm sustainability of the results and outcomes of the shemakeseu network

Evaluation Design and Plan

It sets out the evaluation conceptual framework evaluation design and implementation plan It will also produce an initial Evaluation Toolkit incorporating data collectionanalysis tools and use guidelines

Reputation Final Report

It will be a summative report on the reputation management activities including the role of the Advisors and their contributions to the project the results of Guru mentoring both locally and for network expansion and the identification of the final set of 18 Ambassadors including the three selected as testimonials for the Final Conference

Reputation Interim Report

it reports on the reputation management activities in phase one including the role of the Advisors profiles of the six Gurus identification of the 12 Ambassadors and the pairing of Gurus and Ambassadors with the 12 transfer Labs for the second phase

Innovation Services Final Report

It will describe and synthesize the results of the second phase of the Innovation Services report of the results of the activities and engagement realized with the 6 core labs collaborating with the 12 transfer Labs with an updated version of the Innovation Services Toolkit

Reputation Launch

It defines the reputation management strategy for the project and identify the set of nine Advisors

Communication and Dissemination Plan

It outlines key messages targets and channels and presenting the project branding and main communication tools including information title date location content on significant events conferences seminars workshops which will be organised by the project

Open Research Data Pilot

It drafts a Data Management Plan indentifying and clarifying all the open research data produced by the project

Learning Paths Launch Toolkit

It will draw the first skeleton of the three Learning Paths curiosity discovery innovation It will provide a set of contents to the labs so they can start their learning experiences and a methodology for crafting their intervention and coproducing new and original contents in itinere

Learning Paths Final Toolkit

It will present the final version of the toolkit, built upon the two loops of experimentation in Tasks 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4. This version will be designed to address a wider public, providing open educational resources through the appropriate digital media formats, e.g. videos, webinars, handbooks, pdfs, publications etc

Innovation Services Launch Toolkit

It will present the current TCBL Lab model with its services and activities together with the elements to adapt the model to the context of shemakeseu for the first phase of experimentation for the different engagement models of community labs and businesses

Innovation Services Final Toolkit
