A report synthesising the barriers to innovation experienced by the Local Affiliates as a cohort It will draw common messages and barriers Task 11

Set-up Responsive Support Structure

A document to guide the management of advisory activities including the internal Exchange Hub and preparation for Capacity Building Weeks It will create an information and contact management structure and programme of engagement Task 31

"Set of final recommendations ""FastTrack For Success"""

A updated document in a final branded version that will bring together the learning from across the whole project in a Final Report It will reflect on all aspects of the project and will be practitionerfocussed in its content Task 43

Final Learning Reports from Each Topic Based Cluster

A compendium summarising key learning points from the events discussions Exchange Hub activities and external events attended in relation to each Cluster It will include case studies from the Ambassadors and Local Affiliates Task 22

Summary Programme of Work and Capacity Building Handbook

This report will refine and detail the learning methods to be employed throughout the project with examples of successful deployment in other projectsinitiatives It will outline when in the project these methods will be implemented Task 12

Results of the engagement strategy developed and its impact - strengths and weaknesses

A report for the benefit of other project proponents and innovation managers that sets out the performance of the capacity building and learning tools It will review indicators and draw conclusions based on the sixmonthly review reports Task 42

Summary of Challenges and Next Steps for FastTrack Local Affiliates

An update on any remaining barriers and issues faced following the culmination of the learning programme It will compare these to the barriers identified at the start of the project and provide additional learning action points Task 22 and Task 23

Fast Track Innovation and Knowledge Strategy

A document which will scope the innovations to be deployed in FastTrack as well as a strategy for additional engagement with related projects and the market It will set out a framework for tracking and recording new knowledge and innovation including indicators Task 41

Final Report on the implementation of the Responsive Support Structure, including summary of recommendations emerging from the Skills Streams and Meet The FastTrackers activities

A report indicating the successes and learning points of engagement with third parties and private sector partners in the project It will include recommendations that can be published to aid future coordination and support activities aimed at the Commission and other relevant bodies Task 33

Action Points for each Local Affiliate

A report which will summarise a programme of actions to be undertaken by each Local Affiliate for the remainder of the project and after the project It will set out how the deployment of their innovations will be achieved Task 23

Local Affiliate Deployment Plans

A report for each Local Affiliate that includes an action plan to prepare them for the deployment of mobility innovations It articulates the actions timescales responsibilities funding sources and requirements and references business models with additional servicedesign detail where appropriate Task 43

Visual Production of FastTrack FactSheets and Final Results and Recommendations

The main results of the different WPs of FastTrack will be produced as branded and attractive Factsheets State of the Art Reports Final Reports etc This will help to ensure that the project is wellknown and understood by a wide target audience outside of the project and that its benefits are maximised in terms of potential replication beyond the project

Visual Identity and Communication Materials

An electronic and printed portfolio of elements to support project communication This will include logos graphic elements and templates for communication such as for use in digital and printbased communications and printed materials such as rollup leaflet etc Task 53

Rapid Delivery of Transport Innovations - State of the Art Report Interactive Online-Tool

An online repository featuring case studies of successful implementation of innovation It will include links to tools and sources of supporting knowledgeinformation Task 13
