This deliverable is to report the radio channel modelling and recognizing the channel characterization and finding receiver algorithms will lead to an optimised performance of the radio networks

Data caching and processing mechanism between the OCNs and the RANs interface will be developed, in order to facilitate the AI-based impairment mitigation and network topology optimisation.

This report focuses on the research outcomes on machine learning (including NN) applications in radio physical layer processing like modulation/demodulation, signal receiving, jont optimization of transmitter and receiver problems.

Resource allocation schemes, e.g. the wavelength efficiency and the modulation format will be maximised and adapted in the optical core networks, when the network resource demand changes over channels.
