Repurposing manufacturing lines for providing medical and other products and services in case of spiking demand times

Risultati finali

DC2 Implementation, incl. final event

DC2 at project end aims to promote results towards rollout phase and will include a dedicated event to attract the interest of a broad international audience This fits within the dissemination and communication activities of Task 71

DC1 Implementation, incl. project website & KO press release

A project website will be created including a public section offering general information on the project and its developments; also, a KO press release will be published to increase awareness and stimulate cooperation with stakeholders. These will be done in the frame of Task 7.1.

Replication demo ‘emergency hospital'

This Deliverable, as the outcome of Task 6.4, will describe the replication of the RESERVIST concept for the quick deployment of an emergency hospital, including a request for textile PPE and ventilators.

A scalable, flexible and mutually profitable business model for RESERVIST Network operation

This Deliverable will be the outcome of Task 13 and will define business model options which can be customized for each cell The business models will focus on ensuring scalability flexibility and profitability for all network partners

Report on liaison activities and impact and standardisation input

This deliverable includes a report of the liaisons established and interactions made with the ISG along with a technical report that will be given as input to standardisation working groups This will be the outcome of Task 74

Blueprint RESERVIST Network illustrated via the ‘disinfection' case

This Deliverable will be the result of Task 61 It will include a generic blueprint detailing the RESERVIST model in three levels network digital platform manufacturing level as well as an illustration of the blueprint application via the repurposing of compressor manufacturing lines into disinfection equipment

Procedure for linking to end-users

This Deliverable will be the outcome of Task 54 Based on a statistical model for spiking demand prediction and development of different scenarios the Deliverable will establish procedures to better link and collaborate with end users mainly healthcare providers to win precious hours for the repurposing of manufacturing lines via early identification of the trigger

Infographic book for ‘emerging scenarios'

This Deliverable will be the outcome of Task 63 It will define methods to apply the RESERVIST blueprint in different emergency scenarios of emergencies and by for different types of network typologies ie open innovation ecosystem regional clusters and local supply chains

Blueprint distributed certification

This Deliverable will be the outcome of Task 62 It will introduce a blueprint for certification based on a distributed chain of testing involving local labs Fab Labs and notified bodies aiming to create open knowledge and facilitate the certification process in emergency situations

Materials for internal and external training

Material for internal training main goal to support the embedment will include a customized manual to diffuse to the teams for each network entity while external training material main goal to support the replication will include an introduction package and open events to adopt the RESERVIST concept These will be the result of Task 73
